The beauty said: "I was probably in the best shape of my life. There's no greater exercise for man nor woman to get you in shape. "I miss it. No wobbly bits, but you still feel womanly. That gave me confidence - I went far ruder with the lingerie than I'd ever been before." Rachel first graced the mag in 2000 and said she was stunned to be asked to pose then because she didn't think she was hot enough. "It was really flattering," she said.
